Vaydra Wright's professional International Fine Artist status

(cover by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), prevents corporations and individuals from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct)

 

We believe a person or person/s is allegedly impersonating our registered Australian trademark

and

Vaydra Wright's professional International Fine Artist status in our Google Searches and Google Images Searches. 

If any of these spammy businesses, groups, and individuals are allegedly imposing as Lady Vaydra Designs 

or 

Vaydra Wright, 

even allegedly misrepresenting a partial or likeliness, please urgently make a report to one of the listed

Australian Government Agenciesor inform us to take further action. 

 

Each infringed businesses, groups, and individuals are being reported to

relevant Australian Government Agencies, including International Government Agencies 

 for

further investigation into 

1. alleged misconduct of conduct, 

2. alleged cartel activities,

3. alleged fake Google Ads / Sponsored Ads, 

4. alleged trademark/copyright infringements 

5. alleged breach of data information,

6. alleged defacement,

7. alleged falsification

8. unfair completion,

but not limited to other undesirable activities.

We believe some infringed sites may be networking together, in undesirable activities, i.e., cartel activities. 

All parties may be agreeing not to engage in competition or compromise and to adopt a collusive arrangement that encourages its group.

We believe they are spammy media images' content that tries to get better placement in Google's search results by using various tricks such as hidden text, doorway pages, cloaking, or sneaky redirects. These techniques attempt to compromise the quality of our results and degrade the search experience for everyone.

We are taking security measures with the relevant Aus Govt. agencies & Google to ensure that we are not adversely affected by these unaffiliated sites and may take further proceedings
