DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Lady Vaydra Designs' eGift Cards are available upon request for wearable art only i.e fascinators, extravagent hats.
ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?
Yes. Lady Vaydra Designs customers’ private details are taken seriously. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
Lady Vaydra Designs does not store your personal credit card information. Customer orders are paid directly via a paypal method. We value the security and safety of our customers.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While confirming your order directly, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Lady Vaydra Designs system for your order. It's fast, easy & secure.
WHY HAS MY CREDIT CARD BEEN DECLINED?
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorise payment to Lady Vaydra Designs then you will be notified of this during the checkout process. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
*Art pices or art collections are arranged via the curator, the representative of the Art gallery. These details will be discussed between yourself, the curator, the representative of the Art gallery and the the Artist, Vaydra Wright.
Lady Vaydra Designs will process and pack your order/s as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by written contract as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us or the curator, the representative of the Art gallery by logging a ticket below or chat with us.
Once you have received a notification that the unique purchase/s has been shipped, it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. For Australia Post deliveries: by creating an account with Australia Post through myPost you can redirect the parcel to a new address. For DHL deliveries: please call or chat us immediately.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST FOR INSURANCE ON YOUR SHIPMENT.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order hasn't yet arrived the first step, please contact us or the curator, the representative of the art gallery immediately. We can discuss with you by checking the tracking details for your order. If this doesn't seem to be moving and/ or its past your expected delivery date, we will then get in touch with the transport company to investigate further.
